easily-absorbed oil that is wonderful for
both normal and dry or damaged skin.
Essential oils – highly concentrated
botanical essences – are added to the
massage oil to soothe your mind and body.
The scent of an essential oil is said to
have healing
energetic properties.
The oils have a direct effect on the body's
limbic system, and can therefore also positively
affect your emotions.
You will
experience
light-to-powerful stroking, kneading and
pressure techniques, and deep tissue work
as needed. During the session, you will
feel yourself reaching a state of quiet
stillness. Gentle, meditative music enhances
the environment.
Aromatherapy massage is profoundly
